Mike - I have the kind of M17 you're looking for - although mine slides up and down on a stainless steel rod rather than a bronze one. I've purchased (and received) an IdaSailor kick-up rudder, so have no need for the old one. You can have it for the shipping cost, and the old tiller too, if you want it. Does anyone have an Montgomery 17 old rudder that they would like to sell. Does not need to be in great shape just fixable to use.
