I wish I could race my Lil' Flushdeck, but here in my local waters (Santa monica bay) they disallow anything under 20 ft for PHRF races. But it's nice to know what my rating would be if ever I were allowed into a race. I've heard of Portsmouth ratings but in all my years of racing I never seen them used, at least not around here. Good Info. Hey Jerry! is the PHRF rating of 300 good for the Flushdeck as well?
