Just an FYI about the Monty hats. After a slow start you guys came through and bought all but 2 M17 hats up. Wow! Thanks for not helping me start a hat collection. Since I have received a few more orders for hats I went ahead and re-ordered another round of hats. So, if you still want one I will have them on hand along with the Monty Mugs. One more thing with respect to the hats. If you decide to have your boat name printed on the hat I can have that done no problem. However, The last batch that I just sent out took over 3 weeks to get the names embroidered onto them. That's a long time, I know. If you don't mind waiting I don't mind having it done for you. I just felt bad that it took so long. Thanks to everyone for their patience. T-shirts were put on hold for a while. I'm getting ready to take up that battle again, though. The T-shirt deal requires me to order a minimum of 50 which is a pretty significant cash outlay. Then there is the size issue. If I order too many of one size and not enough of another it will take another minimum order of 50 to get the ones we need. One possible solution would be to have the t-shirts pre-paid and ordered so that I could get exactly what you guys want printed up without a lot of excess. The minimum order is 50 pieces which means we could mix t-shirts and sweatshirts together to come up with the 50. BUT....and this is the big "but" (not Butt) That means A. your going to have to wait a while for your shirt/sweatshirt cause it won't be produced unitl after all the orders are in (we'd have to set a deadline date for orders to be placed/paid) and B. If I don't receive enough orders to cover the cost for 50 pieces, the whole thing would be a wash and I'd either destroy your check or send it back to you, your option. (no checks would be deposited unitil the order is a go.) So I guess I'm asking how do you all feel about the prepay/order option? Let me know. If I get favorable results that look like we could get a minimum order together I'll put prices together next week and we can see how it goes.
