Hello Steve, I hear what you say about the "bending" part. Sometimes the back is a bit slow to wake up in the morning. Oh well, as they say, the alternative is FAR worse. I'm 6'2". I think the only two boats in the 20 foot range I have ever been able to stand up straight in are the San Juan 28 and the Bristol Channel Cutter. If you're tall and you want that feature, you may be looking for a boat in the 30' range.
