I've been trailering with pt bunks for decades without a problem. It's  the 
same grade (#2) we use on docks. Here in Florida, non treated wood  eventually 
rots if the trailer is left outdoors. Bunks are usually so overbuilt  that 
grade hasn't been an issue.
