Good for you Larry. My project includes stripping the woodwork in preparation for refinishing. I got a nice little tool at Woodcraft the other day. It's a carbide tipped pocket scraper just the right size for the toe rails. It has a little triangular carbide 1" per side blade that works well in combination with the chemical stripper I'm using. Longish process, but worth the effort.
