Sean- give her the helm when foredeck needs to be done! That worked for me
with 8 yr-old kids ("just head straight for that hill over there- NO! NO!-
NOT THAT ONE! OH #&%*&(#"). Actually, it worked pretty well but be careful
of doing it in too much wind.
I hope the race comes off and that we make it, but both Gary and I are too
old to plan that far ahead! Maybe your boat is too big for the race? I
don't remember what the cut-off size is.
