Our browsers retain a history of where we have been along with other things like logins and even small programs. When our computers go to a site, they load the site with these "cookies." Thus, if the site didn't load correctly the first time, it may not until the cache is cleaned out. Something we should do regularly. I would suggest in Internet Explorer go up to Tools in the menu bar, then down to Internet Options. Select that and you will see a new window with the General tab selected. And you will see buttons to clean out your history, cache, and cookies.
After taking care of that, you should close out of Internet Explorer and then try it again. Sometimes it is even necessary to do all of the above and then restart your computer.
