Hello Grace, A word of caution on your preferred boat name. I once named a boat "Bob." I hadn't decided on a name yet, but had to have one to compete in a race. I put the name on the transom with electrical tape. Thought it was pretty clever. Trouble was, about half the skippers in the race were also named "Bob." This led to no end of confusion when communicating with the race committee and other boats.
Also, get a swim ladder immediately. It is not a convenience, it is a critical safety item. I say this as the only person who has ever fallen overboard on a NW Potters cruise.
