Sean, Because you are the resident expert in this area - Thank You for your research and ideas, they are well thought out. I am sure this would help some people extend their sailing season. I was just giving you a ribbing hard time. In his comment Sean mentions "wind came up pretty strong from the stern" -so strong I parked my truck in the lee of his boat, and it was still rocking from time to time from the wind. I have an Origo Heat Pal and the only place it is used is in the cockpit! Yeah - like a campfire when it is freezing cold -January-like at late night. Gotta try some marshmallows.
