Hi Jim, I didn't have a bow pulpit on LEPPO, so I ordered one from Bob Eeg and installed it myself. Delivery was rapid.
If you're handy with tools installation is no big problem. Your first problem is to locate the bases (and the pulpit) properly. I did this by extending the line up the front of the bow, and positioned the front of the pulpit to be about at that extended line. With that done, all you have to do is mark the holes and drill. Let me caution you though. Drill one hole in each base, insert a screw and fasten it finger tight. Now the pulpit can't move and you can mark the other holes and are certain that nothing moves or shifts. You will need a helper when you are ready to make the final installation. Even though the M15 is small, my arms weren't long enough to hold and place screws in the base plates on deck at the bow, while at the same time putting washers and nuts on the screws up forward in the cabin. A screw inserter, and screwdriver holder on deck is needed, while you are inside the cabin tightening the nuts. Don't forget to drill the holes a bit oversize; fill them with epoxy and when hardened, redrill the holes to the proper size for your screws. This will seal the balsa core at each hole and prevent water from getting into the core. Also remember to bed the plates before final installation. Tighten gently, you don't want to squeeze out all your bedding compound. Then after the bedding compound has set up, you can retighten the nuts and finish the installation.
