If you want to confirm the wind conditions go to www.weatherunderground.com put in your city and browse thru the pages, there is a section with historical data and just put in the date and scroll down and it will give you the wind in 5-6 minute increments. also has marine forecast and a bunch of other great info. Let us know what you find
