Our Oregon weather has been nasty for 3-4 days but appears to be
slacking off. I would not want to be offshore in anything much less my
M-17. That said however one should recall that John Guzzwell sailed
his little "Trekka" (a 20ft yawl) down our coast way back in 1955 and
stated that the weather was the worst he ever endured in his whole
circumnavigation. His book is great reading...see...."TREKKA ROUND
