Slugs for me too. If they hang up or snag it's usually corrected by changing the slug size. Lubrication isn't necessary on most installations either. Slugs cost about $2.50 each and are seized directly to the bolt rope at 18"-24" spacing...no grommets, shackles or extra reinforcing needed. Davis makes a slug stop that retails for $10. Conversion takes about 30-45 minutes. It's the only way to go in my opinion. Bill in Fl
