Although I live only 3 hours from Stockton, last time I was down there  
was about 5 years ago. At that time, there was an M17 on the water at  
Orleans Trail. If that is the same boat, it looks like its in better  
shape than when I was there.

BTW, Stockton is a great place to test your heavy weather tactics.  
Clear deep water, so it's a nice place to visit, but also a place noted  
for wind in the 20 to 30 knot range. Two straight channels blocked on  
the ends by bridges, so each gives you maybe 8 to 10 miles of open  
water to play in. You won't go far, but you will go fast. Probably more  
sailboats there per square mile of water than any other place you find.  
And not real close to any population centers.
