What I don't like most about the 2.5 Yamaha is that it doesn't have an external fuel tank and re-fueling is a hastle while underway. The 2.5 is plenty of power although I have had to get used to the quirks of the engine. I believe I have it down now and it starts right up with one pull as long as you don't use the choke after first start, don't let it run dry, don't try to start without the key in place and you give it more gas than just the idle setting when starting. They all have their quirks and those seem to be the ones I have found with my 2.5 Yamaha.
