Found this set of numbers- _http://www.nccn.net/~gcyc/_ 
(http://www.nccn.net/~gcyc/)  - have  seen others.(olditis at the moment) I 
have competed without a 
PHRF  certificate and had numbers assigned from 300 - 306 I believe. 104 
looks correct  for D-PN # and 294 looks correct for PHRF (including the use of 
Spinn - hence  the 300# for nonspinn), caveat here is these are LOCAL ratings 
based on local  conditions and performances.
 
Thank Goodness I haven't won a race lately!
I should be 294 (non spinn) it appears.
Maybe lower for being a smartas*!
 
GaryO - hardly racing since they went to W/L courses exclusively, windward  
gates and radio start countdowns. Not enuf fun fer me!
