I was scrubbing and otherwise cleaning the boat recently and placed a slightly rusty can of acetone on the cockpit seat. It was only there for a few minutes, but there is now a faint but noticeable rusty rectangle in spite of all my efforts with normal cleaners to get it off. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what would be effective?
