Just for reference, there's a guy with a business in my building that specialized in signs and lettering, mostly in vinyl. He does it on Corel Draw then cuts it on a plotter-type cutter. To see his work, look at the boats on huki.com; Dave is a little expensive for preduction work, maybe, but designed and set up all the graphics for Huki.
