Doug,

It would be my pleasure to plan out a cruise for the North Channel.

Might I suggest launching at Spider Bay Marina in Little Current, rather
than the Spanish Municipal Marina? The only possible bad part of the change
that I can think of is possibly a slight loss of continuity in the feel for
the size and distances. We could sail west for a day to regain the sense.
Poor Bones would have a slightly longer drive, coming from the west.

The ramp at Spider Bay is a much more relaxing slope and the town is nearby
(more of a town than Spanish).

What say those who would come? (which I hope to include me but I can't
guarantee it).

I can start a list if everyone interested in this cruise would drop me a
note with their preferences for the ramp. I do have a few pics of the
Spider Bay area on my web page
(http://www.htmills.com/NC04a-NorthChan2004.html) if you wish to check it
out further, plus Google maps satellite view is supremely interesting....
