There should be a <Collection> xml tag here with some properties. I'm not sure 
if, when you wrote this email, it was an accidental oversight or if you were 
pasting and there just isn't a <Collection> tag here in the real xml file. If 
there isn't a <Collection> tag in the real xml file, then that is likely the 
problem as I don't see anything obvious in the parser that would fail at 
parsing 

any of the I, Size nor Viewport tags that you pasted.
