Hi,

 

Most likely that means that the moonlight plugin couldn't be loaded for some
reason. Though normally something should be printed to the terminal in that
case.

 

Can you run this command:

 

strace -f firefox http://mosaicwonder.com/gallery/DeepZoom.aspx?idx=4 2>&1 |
grep moon

 

from a terminal and see if something shows up?

Thanks for your help Rolf.

There is no output at all when I run firefox in a terminal. Here is a scren
shot showing the add-ons page and the error message.
