Most likely that means that the moonlight plugin couldn't be loaded for some reason. Though normally something should be printed to the terminal in that case. Can you run this command: strace -f firefox http://mosaicwonder.com/gallery/DeepZoom.aspx?idx=4 2>&1 | grep moon from a terminal and see if something shows up?
