I think im going to start the development on 1.6.  No sense in
developing for 1.5, when 1.6 has some awesome ACL features.

Do you have any experience in joomla?  and any in php/Mootools?

let's get this goin.  Im going to set up a svn with what i have
currently (which is not much);
