IMHO, you can accomplish all the functions in your class (and much much 
more) with existing methods:

 * http://mootools.net/docs/core/Types/Array
 * https://developer.mozilla.org/en/JavaScript/Reference/Global_Objects/Array
It's best not to duplicate technologies that exist already much less 
change the names of the methods.
