why was? It's still an interessting Bug :) 

However - it's not the "disabled = false" argument. Only if you put it into 
a function, that strange behavior will appear. 
btw: thank you - i've implemented the "if ev.key == 'enter') in my 
environment like your suggestion after several tests, but that's not the 
final solution i guess so i started this tread. ;)
