Hey Gang,        It is truly a sad day in the film biz. Jerry Goldsmith was one of my favorite composers. I love his work in Lilies of the Field, Von Ryan's Express and my fav, The Sand Pebbles. Chinatown is right up there too, as well as Star Trek.  There is a wonderful compilation set out there by Varese Saraband. The owner is a customer of mine and gave me the set several years back.
