[MOPO] MOPO/ need help and advice with dealing with eBay

Hi

 

It's movpost here. My problem with eBay is that I just paid off a balnce using paypal which was accepted by eBay. So today as I was adding my first of the weekend listing of Chinatown (http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewSellersOtherItems&userid=movpost&include=0&since=-1&sort=3&rows=50) (sorry couldn't resist the plug here, ) I noticed that eBay had a balance of $100 and some change which is totally wrong since I recently paid them 131 bucks so my balance should be under $20 bucks. Looking for the right party to resolve this is near impossible so I need some or any one of you that has had this problem, tell me how to reach a live person to discuss this.
