Steve, sorry to hear it happened.

One thing that I have found to work when leaving a Neg. feedback is using the statement "THREATENS RETALIATION" in the feedback statement. I have used this several times through the years on non-paying buyers that have made threats of leaving me a Neg. You need to make sure it is posted promptly though.. In the times I have done this the non paying buyer never followed through.

It kind of takes the wind out of their sail and makes them look vengeful if they were to follow through.
