This guy has won over 3,900 auctions in the last 3 days, while the address information appears legit, there's no way he's going to pay for these.
He's bidding since Sep-18 and still eBay does NOTHING about him, his account is still active.
His buying spree included my LA DOLCE VITA italian poster for $8,000, I doubt that I'll see my listing fees back from eBay.
