[MOPO] Paypal warning

Hi everyone,   While paypal has been baving their period of "technical difficulties" sellers should be aware that notification emails confirming payments received have not always been sent. Sellers rely on these emails coming in as soon as a buyer has paid. I just checked my account and found at least 3 buyers had paid in the last day or so but no notification email had been sent although some notification emails had come through for other buyers who had paid.   It would be a good idea for buyers to send sellers an email to say that they have paid with paypal.
