All this talk about feedback, which occurs frequently, yields nothing because Ebay doesnt seem to care.  If the big dealers cant get anywhere with ebay on ANY issue, what's the point?

Cost should be included, although i just read someone saying that privacy may be an ebayer's concern.  In that case, merely allow the ebayer to indicate that the information/particulars of the transaction not be disclosed but still allow the positive or neg.
(I recently sold 2 gold coins for over $500.00 each.  I, also, sold some currency for less than $4.00.  Yet each bidder affects my feedback the same way.  Bruce, with his superfantastic rating can get unfair neg feedback for an item he sells for three dollaes, yet that counts equally with the feedback i left him a few weeks ago for a six hundred dollar item.)

i do believe the category and amount should appear on the feedback line.

But time and time, again, is see too many people acquiesce to a poorly described item.  Sellers count on on this.  Sellers who misrepresent disappointment.   I have returned 4 posters through the years.  (Don't judge my purchasing volume by my feedback---i have 2 accounts).   I always got my money back and insisted on the return postage.  BUT BUT BUT----it is the disappointment that is upsetting.    ---------->>>>>>  You see an item, put it on your Watch List, view it daily for a couple of day, check the recent sales for the cost of your item, keep thinking about your your maximum bid will be, anticipate how much you might pay, check the seller's feedback if it is not a known dealer,  count down until 20 seconds before the end, HEART RACES, RACES, RACES................you WIN!!!!!        Then you effectuate payment quickly, emails, emails...................wait, wait wait-----   a 10-12 day process......thinking about where you will hang it, etc..........WAIT, WAIT, WAIT............ then BANG!!!!!   you open the package and see a major flaw not disclosed.   Yes, you get your money back, but what DISAPPOINTMENT.

On the other side, the unscrupulous dealer is wondering whether the purchaser will acquiesce to it, return it and not affect the feedback, or go crazy!!!
