The exact same thing happened to me a few weeks ago and
it freaked me out too. The cause turned out to be a buyer who
had left me a rather overly-enthusiastic feedback consisting of the text
"A++++++ ..." ad infinitum.
The guy filled up the entire 80 (I think) character
limit of the feedback box with plus signs -- and no spaces! That
meant that, when his feedback was displayed on my "My eBay" page, due
to the lack of any spaces in his text, the line could not "wrap" and extended
all the way across the page, pushing everything to its right way
past the edge. Fortunately, I have My eBay set to only display my
five most recent feedbacks so, once this particular feedback dropped off the
bottom of the list, everything went back to normal.
Look for a long line without spaces or a bulky graphic
that may have shown up on your My eBay page that's preventing the page from
resizing within your browser window.

Has anyone else on the list recently noticed a change to the
way the "My eBay" page is displayed on your computer screen? For the
past few days I have to move the display (scroll) left and right to see the
entire information. I have not changed anything on my computer display
settings.
