First of all, you're assuming Eugene reads his email at least once a day.
Given that people with valuable posters still in his possession have been trying
to reach him for months, this is not a logical conclusion. Who knows when
(or if) he will check his in-box and see your message?
Second, this page with his rant has been up on his website for at least 3
or 4 months now. Sorry I didn't mention it before, but Eugene himself (just
before he unsubscribed from MOPO with a blistering personal attack on yours
truly), put up that URL for people to see then. I didn't check it out at the
time, but I remember the rather "unique" name of the page, and I'm pretty sure
it was the same exact rant that appears there now.
So, while it seems timely to you (apparently having just become aware of
it), to others including Eugene, the page is old news.
I don't think there is a link to this dastardly page from his "home page".
I think it is primarily a page he put up for semi-private usage that he can
direct people too when they ask him questions or give him grief about not
delivering their goods. Of course, if I had posters with Eugene, this page would
be anything but any consolation to me, but maybe other people find it
comforting, somehow.
Anyway, while I would keep after him to remove the offensive accusations, I
wouldn't hold my breath waiting for a response or any change. If you feel there
is anything to be gained by detailing how Eugene screwed up your posters at this
late date, then do what you feel you must. But, as you yourself have pointed
out, it would have served a much greater purpose had the details of these events
come out at the time they happened.
