This is addressed to Godzilla; In an effort to increase the odds that you will see this... I am posting this on MoPo and Style-b.
I was encouraged that you have removed the erotic images identified as myself (and others on these lists) from your linenbacking site.
I was also encouraged by the statement that Scott kindly forwarded to MoPo on your behalf that promised the return of all collector's posters by January of next year.
In all sincerity, I am troubled by the "intermittent" appearance on your other erotic websites of my parents home address and very close miss on my their home phone number, as the "location/owners" of the erotic site/studio. It was also reported to me that one of your erotic websites has a middle-aged model in various states of undress being identified as "Mrs Sullivan" Although, I'm sure it's possible that this may be her name... I'm sure you can understand (when added to their home address, and "almost" phone number) that I am on the verge of turning all of this (and more) over to Federal authorities.
Trust me... You are standing at one of those (hard to recognize at the time) crossroads in life. I am suggesting the following good faith offer be seriously considered before either of us take this next critical step...
If you will agree to... Return ALL posters in your possession immediately (rather than in January)... AND... 1st remove my name, my parents names, address, and near/phone# from all of your erotic websites immediately...
I will offer you... $500 to cover whatever materials you have invested in posters that are nearing completion, and it could also be viewed as simply an offer to pay for the return shipping costs.
Additionally, I will call off the private investigations, and refrain from turning this material over to State & Federal authorities.
I can not speak for any other people/collectors who may/may not have additional grievances to resolve with you. Although, my guess is that the immediate return of the posters, plus the free shipping (which I'm covering) would greatly reduce the possibility of any additional actions on the returned items. Naturally, there would need to be a simple verification from the collectors that they have received ALL posters within... Why don't we say 10 days (December 1st)
To show good faith... If you give me your word that you will return EVERY SINGLE POSTER within (delivered by December 1st)... I will pay you 33% of the $500 ($165) TODAY/IN-ADVANCE to help with the costs of quality mailing tubes/delivery charges. In return you have my word that I will pay you (without delay) $335 on December 1st upon notification that ALL POSTERS have been returned.
As a sign of additional good-faith... I have removed some references to this situation from the Style-b archive, as well as my "music cues" Should you agree to accept this $500, return ALL posters by December 1st, and remove my parents, name/address.phone# As well as Saul's, and Scott Burns... from EVERY erotic site you control TODAY... I will further pledge to make no further mention of this matter at MoPo, or Style-b Additionally, I can't control what other people say, or their actions... but I further pledge to urge others to drop this entire matter as well.
Lastly, someone said something about your Tee-shirts being of poor quality on Style-b last evening. I want everyone to know that I disagree with this opinion. These are excellent Tee-shirts (nice material/excellent images). I would have no hesitation recommending them. I removed this post from Style-b as a further sign of good faith.
I look forward to a peaceful resolution to this situation, and hope that everyone involved can live with the compromise I've put forth. I'm certain that all interested parties will see this offer... However, it might be helpful if others that know the persons involved (specifically collectors with outstanding posters) could be notified of this "possible" breakthrough. I will take no further action today (Thursday) on or off-list to give everyone a chance to cool off, and think this genuine offer/details through. Fair enough? -Donnie
