I'm shipping a rather expensive poster and want to ship Fedex overnight. Fedex declares it as art and will only insure for $500. They gave me the number of an outside insurer - Transglobal. I called and they don't sound like a big organization, voice mail call back and that sort of thing. Has anyone dealt with them before?
On their voice mail, they Transglobal says they have been insuring Fedex packages for 10 years, and Fedex did give me the number -- although the usual disclaimer that Fedex is not associated with them.
Any help would be appreciated.
