What a strange problem? I have to say I've experienced nothing out of the ordinary as yet but my e-mail account is via Hotmail.
AOL is notoriously depised by many - even today, I heard some of my colleagues (Software Developers) bitching heartily about how bad they thought it was. I hope it's sorted for you all very soon.
