After putting through a PayPal payment for an auction I recently won on
eBay, the seller wrote me that he doesn't accept PayPal. The payment
was refused, alright. But the seller had nothing on his page that
alerted one to this. I'm not that experienced on this score, so I
wonder if anyone thinks this is a normal occurence or a sign to watch
out for. The seller has been on eBay for 3 years and has some 200
transactions with 100% positive feedback.
