You certainly got more than I did back in the late 70's maybe early 80s when I had about five of them all mint unused and think the most I got was $300.00 from MCW sales.........aghhhhhhhhhhhhh! I'm sure the mint one's floating around or, at least a couple, are those same goodies.........and some fine MOPO people bought them.......However, also sure there are many on this list that can "cry" the same story;........................ Why wouldn't they? Maybe someone will sell me one, maybe they won't.
The one I just sold (for $11,500 by the way) I had just picked up on ebay two weeks ago for $7500.00. I'm sure there are others out there close to that price.
I sold the one I had for auction on Monday after it closed. Then ANOTHER person just this morning asked me to find them one. They hesitated on the ebay auction I had that ended and now they regret it.
I've proved I can get much higher prices for material than most people. I have bought items numerous times from many mopo members at their full retail price and then sold it for a nice profit. I've even bought from Kirby a few times (who has VERY high prices) and then sold for double.
If you or anyone else resents me for it, sorry.
