I don't know how it works with other systems, but on our Mac you click
on the message, click on view and long header which will give you the
address of where these things come from. I always do these when I get
ebay or paypal spoof mail. (Thanks to Diana Everett who kindly
explained how to do it!)
Try this (or whatever the process is on your system) before you follow
any suspicious links.
