[MOPO] Good News For A Change Of Pace

I can't believe it. I found a framer that does excellent work on my French "one panel" Grandes. I am taking two over to the frame shop per month. Price is $600.00 per one panel. Sectional frames, all archival acid free materials. Just recently got my first two one panels back and they are superbly done with a turn around of only three weeks. Now the really good part.   I was told by numerous frame shop's all over the country that my 1965 "Thunderball" French two panel could never be done. That it would be cost prohibitive and that I could not get plexiglass in the 63" x 94" size. Well, my new framer has looked into this and she CAN frame my two panel on linen. Her supplier assured her that plexiglass will not be a problem and the mats also will not be a problem. An inset wooden frame will be built on the back of the poster to support it. Total price would be $1,600.00   I will have to get a professional mover. But hey it can be done!!! This is also the last poster that Mr. Edelman restored and linenbacked for me.
