Facts: You are precluded from filing a claim with Paypal after 30 days.
Seller states that he will only mail the poster within 30 days
after receipt of payment. Therefore if there is a dispute over
condition the buyer has no recourse with Paypal since history
has demonstrated not less but more days before arrival.
Seller has much time to read and type emails. Time could be used to
mail posters.
Question: Is the 30 day delay a coincidence or a motive?
