Subject: Re: [MOPO] partial postersJim,Interesting post. My long shot is the bottom 1/3rd (credits) to the film MOHAWK with Scott Brady and Rita Gam. Any chance that's on your list?Heck, I'd like to see a list of what you have, if it's not too much trouble. I bet there's more than a couple of us looking for a 3-sheet/6-sheet section. All,Wasn't there a web site a few years ago with just partials?pj

I have several dozen pieces. I had made a list at one time will do so again if anyone is interested, nothing great.

Subject: Re: [MOPO] SPAM-LOW: Re: [MOPO] WTB: Top portion to the 1957 Invasion of the Saucer-men 3 sheetI agree with JR. I've been collecting incomplete posters (for myself and others) for some time and have had no success joining a single poster. I'm inclined to believe there are pieces out there for some of the pieces I have, but who knows where they are? Perhaps they are in the same place as all those missing socks...."Fabricate" (to make into fabric?) the poster and enjoy it. Just confirm with your restorer that if you ever find the original piece you would want it re-done so you can be aware of the costs involved beforehand.Phil-----Original Message-----

Subject: SPAM-LOW: Re: [MOPO] WTB: Top portion to the 1957 Invasion of the Saucer-men 3 sheetWilliam,I would love to see what kind of odds the bookmakers in Vegas would put on this. Needle in a haystack at the very least. May I suggest something? Since a full 3-sheet of this Title would be stunning on display, why not take advantage of your ownership of the bottom two-thirds and go ahead with fabricating the top part? That way you could display it and enjoy it while you wait for the near-impossible to happen as far as finding an original top third. The fabrication wouldn't be that expensive and professionally done would not be discernable from an original. If your long-shot ever comes in, then you can replace the fabrication with the original.Just a thought.-- JR

We bought a 3 sheet to the 1957 sci-fi movie: Invasion of the Saucer-men. The only problem is the missing top portion. We hear that this can be fabricated BUT we rather wait it out and await for a lower grade complete 3 sheet or a portion of the top 3 sheet. We know this will be a needle in a haystack BUT we must try :-) A picture of our 3 sheet can be found at www.80sKid.com We will pay a FINDERS FEE or decent price to find this elusive portion or complete low to mid grade poster. Hope to hear from you soon. Good daySincerely,
