Given the exceptional results his auctions continue to turn in -- that minor 1-week glitch with eBay notwithstanding -- it seems more likely that Bruce has been doing this for a long time now and is probably just a little bit tired of it all and would like to spend more of his life with his family and doing other things than endlessly futzing with movie poster auctions. An operation like the one he has created is all-consuming.

I think this is a sign of 2 things:

1.  the hobby may be topping out
2.  the ebay problems Bruce recently experienced have impacted his business

I consider both to be unfortunate.

do any of you folks realize what is happening here??
do you take Bruce's offering as maybe..... a commentary on the state
of the movie poster hobby, and maybe - of all long time hobbies?

just food for your thoughts
