Original domestic U.S. posters for this film show
Avco Embassy as the distributor. It is correct that United Artists handled the
overseas release. So the fact that this is a UA poster does not bother
me.
However, it bothers me a lot that the logo of UA is
the T-shaped logo, which they only started using in 1970.
I simply do not believe that a film as famous as
this got shown in the US in 1967 and nowhere else til 1970.
Can anybody on Mopo please explain this to
me?
