Hi,
I've had some experience with posters left on boards inside os sized bags.
The Cinema Shop in SF used to have stacks of them lined up against their walls,
so many that you couldn't reach the back ones when standing at the front of a
stack. I assume that those posters had been in the bags since time
immemorial. Channing can confirm all this. Over the years, I did buy some of
those
posters and never noticed any problem with the posters inside, although the bags
were cloudy with dust on the outside. After going thru the stacks, your
hands were filthy!

I also once bought a Some Like It Hot os home-packaged in some sort of clear
plastic covering. After a few years the covering yellowed, but the poster
inside was still clean and bright. Unfortunately, I thought the yellowing was
on
the poster and let it go too cheap, but then I had just picked up a stone
mint copy and the one that went had some dart holes in it.
