You can definitely, most definitely, add Anthony M. Smallwood (Tony Smallwood) of Washington, D.C. He used the names "Posters DC" and "Zephyr Gallerie." He was assisted in business by his girlfriend Amber Molholm, but it is not known if they are still together. He is very active in the D.C. Skateboarding scene, and either does or did handle airline baggage as well.  He absconded with ALL of the many, many posters belonging to Morris Everett Jr. that were being sold in his D.C. poster gallery. If you have bought from Tony, or may be in the process of doing so, please be advised of the possible ownership by Morris Everett of some of these posters.  Tony Smallwood now does not answer phone or mail or email messages, although we have in our possession several  emails promising the return of such posters, and acknowledging Morris' ownership of them...! as well as other pertinent paperwork.  He has emailed over the last few years that he was going to "rent a truck and drive them back" but never showed. At one point we waited an entire day for his non-arrival! He is now incommunicado. Very sad, since Morris was extraordinarily kind in helping him to set up the business and give him lots of help along the way. Any information from fellow MOPOers would be greatly appreciated.

You can add George Helmer of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania to the list.  I had to go through the Attorney General's office to get the money back that he stole by not delivering posters.  He was running four separate ebay IDs at the time, all with numerous negative feedbacks. 

 

If the St. Petersburgh Poster Company in Florida still exists, you can add it to the list as well.
