I just wanted to update everyone on what's happening with movieposterbid.com
Next week the first ads will be coming out. On March 28 Big Reel
ships out with a 1/2 page ad for the site.
Also, a few days after that Classic Images will also come out with a
1/2 page ad
MCW deadlines at the end of the month.. They will also be getting an
ad and these three publications will have ads every month. (does
anyone have a suggestion for print advertising in other publications?)
I'm printing up 5000 full color flyers this week and they will be
getting distributed by mail, at conventions & as soon as I ship some
out, in orders from numerous sellers around the country.
BUT WE NEED HELP!!!!
Advertising is of no use if there aren't enough posters on the site
for buyers to search through, so I'm asking everyone who sells
posters PLEASE LIST YOUR POSTERS FOR SALE ON MOVIEPOSTERBID.COM
Remember there is no fee to list your posters and right now there is
no fee when you sell your posters so all you can lose is the time it
takes to get stuff listed. Site traffic has increased tremendously in
the past 3 weeks and it will continue to do so. New members are
signing up every day and total sales have slowly been increasing.
But that doesn't mean we don't need your help.. We need your help badly!
I know you say "but I don't have that much time" or "I want to wait
until the site gets popular"
the reality is that to make money you need to sow the seeds of
success in advance of actual success, so by listing today.. all you
do is increase the possibility that YOU WILL MAKE MONEY IN THE NEAR
FUTURE and then on into the weeks and months afterward.
Buyers will only keep stopping by so long as they think they can find
something they want. So why not list lots of stuff & all it costs you
is your time. How can you lose? YOU CAN'T LOSE !!!!
Re-lists vs new listings....
Folks, I would rather have 20,000 relists every week than 100 new
listings anyday. The more posters there are, the better the chances
that bidders will find something they want. Then they come back &
back. I know most dealers have crap loads of stuff they want to
sell.. How many of you have forums to sell that don't cost a penny?
Well, you have this one.!!!
List List List List List... and then list some more. It can only be a
benefit to get involved.
I'll be doing my part.. please do yours and then you'll be surprised
how fast the site will pick up and how fast you can make money. There
are no restrictions right now to how many items to list.. So list
alot & make you as well as your bidders smile!
