Rich, I hope, will come in with the final figures, but it looks like 30K total, or so. Wow. That's a bunch. Abe, John Reid, and Rich all three carried the thing, but I jumped on board and ended up selling a few items, too. Thanks to the three of them for allowing me to "crash" the event. They could of raised a stink, I guess, had they felt "threatened". (LOL! Threatened by ME! Har! That will be the day...)
Too bad many of the reserves were not realized. Lessons learned, perhaps, for the next event auction? Keep the reserves (if you're gonna have them) reasonable. I don't suggest giving posters away, but $65 for a Sarong Girl should had been enough, I would think. ![]()
I won a couple of things, too: Murder Is My Business LCS and the OS to DULCY with Ann Sothern (love her).
