You can also use the same paragraph (or variation of it) in the automatic Check Outs (PayPal or otherwise) and/or part of a My eBay page safely, without repercussions from eBay, I would think.
Plus, this type of recruitment paragraph would go well with a MoPo link on anyone's web site.
