The exact same thing happened to me.  I even received two bills from eBay for listings, one for $1.27 and one for $100+.  I got in touch with their Fraud and Security Dept. and after WEEKS of emailing with them, they told me to change all info on my eBay acct. and they would void the bills.  I did so.

They voided the $100+ bill, but not the $1.27 bill.  Now they have closed my account for NON-PAYMENT OF $1.27!!!   I have emailed Fraud and Security again, but this time, billing is not their area (even though they have the entire story of the situation in their records).  Now I have to go through Billing and tell the whole story to them.  I asked why the two Depts. didn't talk to each other which would be a lot faster, simpler, easier, etc.  The only response to that question was yet another boilerplate email "thanking me for bringing the matter to their attention."

I don't know how these people stay in business.  Good luck!  Best regards, Judi Weaver
